If your process calls for the design and build of single or
multiple special machines, we have to expertise and experience to insure
your success. Our special machine projects range from simple holding
or assembly fixtures to complex multi-station welding, assembly, and test
systems.

In today's manufacturing environment, often customers need not just
a single machine or station, but a complete manufacturing solution. We
define system integration as the seamless compilation of multiple
technologies into a complete manufacturing solution. Most often
a system integration solution will consist of technology that may be
provided by a multitude of specialty suppliers, as well as a certain amount
of custom designed and built machines and/or workstations.

In today's global economy our customers depend on our ability to
provide installation, startup, training, and service support. In
addition to the continental U.S., Cardinal personnel have successfully
installed and supported our equipment in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia.

- Process Development

If your manufacturing process is yet to be defined, we can provide
the expertise necessary to complete that task. With our development
equipment and engineering experience, we have the ability of developing
various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Plasma, Resistance). If your
product requires a gas fill process, we can develop those processes as well
from 0-20,000 psi.

Our commodities management service insures immediate availability of
critical spare parts and perishable tooling.
